The van smelled really badly - not sure if it was a previous users items...warning alerts for open rear door were confusing. I was forced to stop several times to check that doors were locked / shut

Roofing materials, mainly nails, left in 12' trailer by prior user. Clean out trash. Personnel were great, every one. I like them all and come back to this location because of them.

The only issue I had with the whole rental experience took place when I returned the truck after hours; the myuhaul.com website was down. I parked the truck in the uhaul padoing lot and dropped off the key in the keybox and went home to try the return remotely using the Wi-Fi. The website loaded successfully but there is a point where it asked to scan the location barcode located at the entrance door of the store, which I didn't know I needed for the return. I ended up sending an email with the picture of the gas mileage and gas tank, but it would have been a lot easier if the location barcode was posted in the website and/or facebook page.

The charge for gas wasn't cool. What they put in the paper for the beginning amount was incorrect and what actually was in there werent the same. When I brought it to their attention after the fact, they said I should have filled out everything in the text before I left the premises. I didn't know there was a text. There was no instruction in that way. Idk if I was charged for the torn blanket or not,because I didn't get a receipt before leaving, but the blanket was torn when we got it. I should have been able to review an itemized receipt before accepting a verbal quote at the end. This wasn't professional and I still don't know how they came to the end quote. I didn't argue with the guy at the end as it was clear that he wasn't budging and was not empathetic. He was also not giving me any papers so what could I really do but say ok?

The mileage went up one mile literally as I turned out of the lot so that felt like a cheap extra dollar! The lock was also frozen to get into the cargo hold to get the keys in the morning so that was hard to open. Also the truck was basically blocked into a area of the lot so it was hard to maneuver out and just costly for gas and mileage. But the vehicle did the job, no real complaints.

The guy who received the cars and sign off, is a pain in the rear. His service is pathetic and totally unprofessional. The clerks from inside are the best ever.

I dropped of the trailer and the attendant told me that they would send the receipt by email. No problems expected. When I received the email, there was an addition fee of $15 for cleaning. There was no cleaning needed. The back of the trailer only had the furniture pads that were rented. Don't trust this place. If you rent, stay until you receive the receipt.

I just rented a pickup truck for the first time in a year because of Covid. I had a nearby business, for many years I used to rent trucks from this location, Adam and Dave were two of the best guys ever. They both consistently went above and beyond to make renting trucks a painless thing. The best.

Terrible customer service. Signed in ahead of time and when the credit card system was down took 45 minutes to get a van and the lady helping was eating McDonalds and asking customers to take out cash or come back later. Embarrasing.
