I was told when I returned the van there was a dent on the side. I did not hit anything, and nothing hit me. This dent was not something I would have noticed when I rented the van - there was no appreciable mark, no chip in the paint, and covered in dirt. I was told because I had the insurance I only had to pay $150. I have no way of knowing if this dent was already there, or if someone else already had to pay for this dent. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Reserved a 22' truck with a 5am pickup. As I was completing the truck pick up process in the lot that morning, Uhaul required me to provide two point of contact. I had to wake up two family members at the break of dawn. Why couldn't this have been done the day prior or when the reservation was first made? The truck did not have the ignition key placed in the trunk or additional purchased materials pre-loaded. 45min and 2 trucks later, the 800-help line directed me to a vehicle with an ignition key. The return process took 30min due to confusion over the ordered items not being pre-loaded despite the telephone agent assuring me that she made a note in my account. The staff is generally apathetic. Adam is great over the phone.

No instructions to locate the key or the lock. Spent an hour in trying to find the lock and open the lock only to realize the lock is bad. Called general manager he changed our truck but did not update the truck on the app. So when we had to return the truck, it did not match with the truck on the app. Took an hour for customer service to answer our call. Very disappointing. did not recieve any compensation for more than 2 hours of waiting at the location due to 1)poor instructions to locate lock and key 2) broken locks or locks that dont work 3)Customer service wait time is more than 45 minutes

The people were nice, but the U-Haul app was difficult to use; I could not get my truck using only the app and had to get the truck at the counter instead. This is especially problematic considering COVID-19. Also, the location of the after hours key return box is very hard to find and poorly labeled. Food trucks though and very convenient service otherwise.

The sensor light for my trailer was not working and a fuse had to be changed. It took over an hour to diagnose and fix the problem. Which put us off our move schedule. It was also not mentioned in the rental agreement that the attaching of the car to the trailer was not included in the quoted price.

The truck was not cleaned garbage left from the previous person. Having to use the app to check the truck for damage myself was aggrevating it took me an addition 15 minutes that I had not planned for because there was so much unmarked damage on the truck that I did not want to be held accountable for. It felt like you are moving the work load off your employees and onto the customer.

I was very happy with this facility in the past, where I was helped by humans. I honestly believe your service rate from me drop to POOR because of technology to self -serve. Your workers needs to be able to walk customers thru the self/serve links and not just say use the link to check the truck.. What link??? Point and show it to me.. load it up with me and give me a quick walk thru... that’s all consumers are asking—- direct me and I’ll use self-service..

I had trouble with the Share Location button on the after hours return site. Replied HELP to your text, got no reply. Sent a picture of mileage and fuel indicator, and still got hit with $20 fee on a $29 dollar rental. Staff has to check in the truck the next day anyway, so the policy looks like a BS cash grab.

Clean the inside of the vans. I’ve used this location many times and am always satisfied especially with the customer service. However, the cargo van I received today was a little filthy on the inside from the previous user.

Guy at desk had a horrible attitude. I also had to wait in a line for a truck I already reserved. There has to be a simpler process? The first truck he pulled out sounded horrible. You could clearly hear that that muffler was broken. After having to state my case the guy begrudgingly swapped the truck for one of the other 7 sitting on the lot! PS Young lady in front of me came back to the counter because the storage unit she just rented was dirty and had bugs. The employee said it 'probably had not been cleaned and his Manager was at home sleeping." She got a refund and had to leave. Really- your Manager cannot run a tighter ship?
