I waited at least a half hour to complete my van rental AND I was charged for milage AND the van AND had to replace gas used. The gas when I picked up the truck was at this odd level...in between 3/4 full and full. How am I supposed to know how much gas to put in?? Plus...you charge per mile AND gas? SHAME ON YOU. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. I WOULD NEVER AGAIN RENT A UHAUL. THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS!! YOU LOST THIS CUSTOMER AND EVERY PERSON WITHIN RANGE OF MY VOICE :-(DONNA S.
The truck you rented me had a leak in one of the tires which was only discovered 2 hours on the road. I had to fill the tire three times. You charged me $127 for boxes I did not want, and I did not take, then said you gave me a credit because I did not take the boxes. The credit has yet to show up on my card. This morning I saw another $28 charge on my card--for what, I don't know. I will be contesting the cards on my card and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Dianne R.

The app is horrible. My mother in law and I walked around the lot for over an hour in the rain looking for the vehicle number just to find out that the van is nowhere near where the map said. The instructions were very confusing to get the key from lockbox. Finally, I was forced to provide two alternate contacts against my will in order to pick up the vehicle. I do not have alternative contacts, so I listed my kid sisters. I would love to know why the heck you need this personal information. If anything were to happen to the vehicle, do you guys honestly think you would get answers from an 8 year old little girl? I provided all my own personal information, along with valid payment. This practice of requiring two alternate contacts is not only ineffective, but intrusive to my personal privacy. What if I had literally no other contact? Are you honestly telling me that if I didn't know a single other person that I wouldn't be able to rent a vehicle from you guys? There needs to be a better process, especially if you plan to continue offering a 24/7 pickup/drop off service. The employees were friendly and the vehicles were clean, I'll end on a positive note.Destiny C.

The best part of this was picking up the Van and not dealing with any employees. The bad part about that was that there was absolutely NO ONE around to even ask if I needed help while I was wondering the lot looking like I was going on a scavenger hunt to find the van and key lock box. By the time someone stumbled upon me and asked if I was good, I had already gotten the key. Then when I got back, I was so confused as to what I do beyond leaving the Van in a long line of empty vans. When I went to get out of the van I accidentally set the alarm off and the only worker out there got out of the van he was inspecting and visibly looked so annoyed at me. I said â€œhey sorry about that! Do I just leave the van here?â€ And he mumbled a response that I couldn't hear so I asked â€œsorry, did you say yes?â€ to which he again acted so annoyed and said â€œ I SAID YEAH.â€ I was so thrown off because who acts like that?! I'm literally a customer just asking where I leave this van?? Then I accidentally walked away with the key (I know at this point the guy probably wants to slap me) and instead of saying â€œexcuse me miss!! Do you have the key?â€ He yells out â€œHEYY. WHERES THE KEY?!??â€ I've literally never been treated like I was annoying the hell out of an employee while I was at a business. I'd recommend any other location and I've never even been to another. It's GOT to be better than this though. The stars I gave this location are only because of the fact that they offer contactless check in so that you don't have to deal with the staff. Oh - I should mention that my contact person that I provided them ( who was actually in the van with me) was hung up on when she started to ask a question about where to find the key. I'm guessing this is because they offer a service where you can call and ask questions?? Idk but this whole experience was WACKJaylyn J.
