The door cow wouldn't work for me at first and requested a swipe card. I went into the facility and was told no swipe card was needed. I entered code on both machines and that worked. I was not told where the unit was located in the facility. When I arrived there was a zip tie preventing me from opening the unit. I had to stop unloading and go back l to retrieve scissors to remove the zip tie. There were no places to park to unload the trailer on the side street due to no parking signage. There was a foul odor inside the storage facility. It was not a pleasant move in experience. There should be more staff on duty. The man who handled equipment returns was amazing. He was working by himself that I saw and he handled every situation in a timely fashion.

stacey m | First ImpressionsI didn't like the lights shutting off automatically while I was digging inside my unit. To turn them back on, I had to stop working, step out of my unit, and walk all the way to the entrance of the storage area to trigger the sensor. Also, the facility got hot in the summer. Last, I signed up for payment notification emails on my online account and received none. When I asked the staff at the facility to check on these, they said they turned them on on their end. Still, I never received any. Maybe have U-Haul tech support look into this? Besides these complaints, using and managing the unit was great. Thanks, U-Haul!
ARTHUR M | Overall ExperienceThe truck rental process was yet another daily reminder how messed up that our society is completely addicted to electronics as the clerk continued to play his card game on his phone throughout the entire transaction. Very disturbing!

Tisha J | Overall ExperienceOverall the experience was good. Upon moving out there was some evidence of pests (rats I’m thinking) but the unit had a rat trap in it. My only other complaint was I almost always had trouble checking in at the unit. Either the code wouldn’t work or the card wouldn’t access the building. While the staff did always help rectify the problem, I typically had to wait 10+ minutes in the store to be helped.

Betty E | First ImpressionsI moved out of unit 1176 on December 28, 2024 and I moved out of 1441 unit on January 26, 2025 and yes, my units were. I’m secure my computer printer Alexa shredder were taking, but that was because I could not close my unit. I did have a bad experience when I was trying to move out of 1441 as I came every day to remove boxes to clear it out in case I did not have the money to renew it for January 27, 2025 they had locked it like 10 times I had to keep going in the office and asking them to please remove the lock so I can remove the boxes. I am a 69 year old, elderly disabled woman so that didn’t make it hard for me although I love everybody that works there and I love U-Haul so I will continue to be a customer. I just don’t want them to keep saying I like I moved out in February. That’s not true. I moved out in January January 26, 2025 so that I wouldn’t be charged for a whole another month starting in January 27, 2025 and also I moved out of the other unit 1176 with the computer and stuff was so I don’t know who took it. It could’ve been the movers that moved to me on December 28 and I got out of there before January 7 so I wouldn’t have to pay another month so that’s why I’m saying this because they keep saying my move out day was to something it is not I was not in there in February at all so Diana Logan 847-997-9969

Rebecca provided me with assistance several days ago over the phone and initially held the space for me. In the past when I had a storage space George assisted me and I understand he's still their! Martel Harlan the General Manager also assisted me yesterday when my friend and I could not get out the Greenwood entrance/exit. The only complaint that I have is the cleaning products that are used in the office area and bathroom are too strong! I'm old school, I like consistency, working with the same people. Thank you very much!

Overall our experience was exceptional. The facility was clean and everyone was always very nice when we came. Could not have been better.
Jennifer A | Overall ExperienceMy only issue is that i wish noth double doors in the back opened. One of the doors is screwed into the frame, so only the other one can open. And i wish there was a way to prop said door open as well. But its not a huge enough deal to not give 5 stars.

susan s | First ImpressionsI hated that the back door to the facility were double doors, but only one door was usable. The other door is screwed into the door frame. Really hard to move big items through one door that i cant prop open. I even dropped a piece of furniture off my cart because of the door. I did check in but regardless the alarm kept going off after i open the door with my code. Tried calling on the intercom for help, nobody answered. Little things like that really make the moving process more stressful then it already is.
