Needed for 1 day but have had to pay for three days and as of now still have it due to no access to storage unit rented had to go elsewhere and get a storage building to prevent having to keep it another day hopefully I'll get my money back on the unit and some kind of discount on the vanETHAN D.
Over all had made reservations and called and said we're going to be late once we got there they had given our u-haul to someone else after we had called and said we're on our way and had to wait 4 hours for another u-haul we feel they could of at least call and said we have to give your u-haul away because you're taking to long or even made a statement if you're more than 15 minutes late someone else gets the u-haul nothing like that but ok the u-haul here and once there no u-haul a 4 hour wait thanks.TATWANDA S.
They charged me for damaged I didn't cause. If you rent from them take pictures to protect your self. Worse company ever. Oh it was over 300. For scratches on a tail light I didn't cause.CHARLES D.
Was told trailer available i said I was on my way arrived 15 minutes later says didn't have it and charged me more for another . I was giving a truck with a check engine light on. It did not run very well. However it was clean. Service was pretty slow. I've rented from various locations and this location was the slowest. The parking / truck lot seemed very disorganized in comparison to my previous experiences. Although U-haul in general is still my preferred rental company.Scott B.

Love renting trucks and trailers from you guys . But your storage suck ass !!!! You took me out of the computer for months . Cut my lock . I told you guys and you did nothing. I couldn't pay . Then 6 months later you told me you guys made a mistake and put me back in . My number was 1285 in Evansville In . On riverside. My family had nothing. Had to replace everything! Because your manager lazy . Didn't want to look at what she did . Took over $4000 to buy new beds , cloths, dishes, everything from my home .SCOTT W.
I reserved a truck for 9 am and by the time I actually got the truck I lost half an hour of using it. So I'm not pleased that I went over my 3 hr estimated hours of use and had to pay additional 40 something dollars for being late. Also I was under the impression that I could use it for however long without being charged more if I couldn't make it back by that time. It really needs to be stated that that's the case. Also when they only have one person waiting on customers, answering the phone and making everyone late on getting their trucks when they needed it. Seen one person walk out because it was taking too long.Billie S.
It took an hour in the store to pickup even though I had a reservation. The location was completely unorganized and the staff didn't seem trained. The phone rang three times while I was there with the calls unanswered. They definitely need more staff!!HOWARD W.
They need the general manager to come out of her office, get off the call she was on via speaker phone, stop bad mouthing other locations and customers, and help address the needs of the 5 people in line being serviced by one overwhelmed employee.Kenneth M.
For the first time in about 10 years of dealing with u-haul I had to crawl under the auto transporter to undue the chains,tire straps,pull out the ramps or pay a $20.00 fee for a u-haul employee to do it. Is u-haul that hard up for money to have their customers (with no training) this work???JAMES C.
I made a reservation got there and my truck was not there. Instead of offering me a truck at the same price I was forced to get a higher cost truck or nothing at all plus a higher insurance. When I finished checking out the more expensive truck there were trucks lined up to be inspected and cleaned that I could have gotten had he took the time to check. I will not be back to this location and it's 2 minutes from where I liveMARIAMA W.

It was awesome to thing a guy like me 25 with a wife and kid, to be able to go into a place like Uhaul and rent such a vehicle to move my family from house to house. I'd love to do it again and again. The flat rate fee of 40-50$ was awesome and at .80c a mile I wasn't complaining . Heck after 164570 miles y'all arn't either. But I was given the 26' truck with a little less than a half tank. By one little bar . Wasn't a full half tank. Put $25 into it prior to leaving Evansville . Returned the uhaul in a timely fashion . And let me say that was awesome too! Just being able to park the truck, lock it up, and drop the keys is awesome. I left the truck with a QTR tank. 1/4 and ended up getting charged $55 for 14gallonz of gas . I'm not too mad, but what am I to do. The customer service was awesome after dealing with everyone else she kept a great attitude. Thanks uhaul for letting me borrow the truck. Just wish I wasn't charged so much for gas !ZACHARY B.
I got charged 22 dollars for being 1/16 off on the gas, and I asked if I can run 2 blocks down the street to put the GALLON of gas in the tank that would make it correct, and the lady told me it was too late because she already checked it back in. I will never go there againCOLLIN M.
