Need more help. Staff, 2 people, REALY busy when picking up this morning and dropping of this afternoon. Staff very polite and doing the best they could. Have rented 3 times for moving in last month...first 2 times were good...3rd time I got there 25 min late for van reserved for 18 hours...reservation was cancelled! 25 minutes? Van was dirty enough to not be able to see scratches from dirt...I go back in & crew bunch sitting on their butts...this was a Friday afternoon...crews before this, first 2 times were great!SEAN Z.
Not charge miles for me to have to return U-Haul truck. I was charged because I had to drive 7 miles to return the U-Haul.Latesha H.
Rented a truck two weeks prior with no problem. Reserved a 27ft truck for the job two weeks later. Got a confirmation number for the truck. Called the day before spending $1000 to fly up to ask if it was alright to pick the truck up an hour later than the reservation and was told no problem at all. Flew up the following day to be told they don't have the truck or reservation. After showing them my reservation I was dismissed and told to call 1-800-u-haul and not their problem. After calling the customer service I was informed they overbooked and that's just they way it is. So, basically spend the money and roll the dice on getting a truck. The price for the truck is definitely cheaper than the compitition and now I know why. They did finally find a truck 6 hours later but we had a time critical pick up so it wound up costing us an extra $800.00 for being late. I would recommend anyone renting a truck use a company that actually cares about their customers.THOMAS M.

Scheduled mobile pickup at 8:30AM, but wasn't allowed to get it until the location opened at 9:00AM. The truck rental I was given was infested with roaches. After killing 3-4 baby roaches, I realized that this would be my last time getting a U-Haul truck from this location.Akira M.

This was a terrible experience. I was supposed to pick up a truck from this location on Saturday morning. I had a reservation number and the location and time to pick up my truck. There was no truck and the lady at the counter could not have cared less. She offered no help and no excuse. I was able to finally get a truck 24 hours later (this was after paying for an additional night at a hotel and tremendous amount of stress wondering if/when we would ever get a truck). I would not wish this experience on anyone.Edward P.

I would suggest that you actually have the trucks you guarantee that you have. I had to rent a much smaller vehicle and make many more trips which ended up costing more money and taking more time.TODD M.

I booked this online in plenty of advance and when I show up they do not have everything I ordered. Not only did this happen to me but also the guy in front of me in line. Seems as if uhaul is happy to take your payment online and promise your items then the day your moving the place does not have your stuff. I will never use uhaul again.ROBERT H.
I made my reservation to pickup at a location less than 1 mile from my home. I received an email that the pickup location was changed by U-Haul to a location on the other side of town. Had my reservation been honored at the location at which I made it, my total mileage would have been 24 miles. Because of the involuntary location change, I incurred about 20 additional miles that I otherwise shouldn't have had to pay for. In addition to the extra mileage cost, I had additional fuel cost for both the U-Haul and my personal car, and spent an extra 2 hours driving out of my way to pickup and drop off the rental. When I dropped off the U-Haul, I asked to have an adjustment made to my bill for the extra mileage and was told that it couldn't be done and that it wasn't U-Haul's fault the original location didn't have the truck I reserved (despite U-Haul accepting that reservation). I don't know whose fault it is, I don't really care other than that it definitely isn't my fault and therefore I shouldn't be responsible for paying the extra cost involved in the switch. It was disappointing enough to have an already busy day made even busier by switching pickup locations, but to then require that I pay the extra cost is a terrible policy.Derek R.
Interior maintenance of the cab could have been better. I would suggest just removing the visors out of the cab since they are way too commonly broken. And make sure the handles on the cab doors are fixed for both the passenger and driver.BRIAN W.
Outdated photos used for vehicle not showing damage to vehicle already had to dispute every photo , no windshield washer fluid, windows and exterior filthy, play in steering wheel I could turn from 10oclock to 2oclock and front tires never moved, furniture pad packet completely empty and dolly missing so had to photograph so I wouldn't be charged. Took 30 min to locate vehicle asked 3 different employees inside and outside offered ZERO help to locate. Will never rent there again. Next time will try Penske at Home Depot.STEPHEN M.
Make sure all equipment is functioning properly before customer leaves property. As you can see the straps were not oiled and working properly. It took me 15 min on 1 strap to loosen it up to put car on and same to take car off. I believe I should be due discount. Thank you, MichelleMICHELLE S.
