The fuel amount didn't match the paper. NOT everyone can or has a smart phone. Have your people do their job, I don't work for UHaul and shouldn't have to check myself in and out. Also your lock was left on the back of the truck and I had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes to reach a human and then was told I would have to pay to get the lock removed. After explanation they found someone with the combination. Your customer service was never great, now it's horrid. The worst part of moving a 2400:sf house shouldn't be dealing with UHaul. I have rented many times and have NEVER been treated this bad. I deserve a reduction on my bill, but I'm sure you won't comply. #shouldhaverentedpenske
Do not wrongfully charge someone over a hundred dollars
Woman checking me out was rude and didn't know how to do her job. Had reservation and checked in online. Also paid in advance. Woman behind counter wouldn't accept that I'd paid and tried to get me to pay $1000 on top of my payment of $1000. I had my reservation number and payment confirmation but she said I was wrong and refused to help me. My husband had to come because manager wouldn't speak with me. As soon as my husband came the manager spoke with me and said we were good to go as I knew we were. Very poor service. Tire on truck was bad as well.
Location was understaffed. Ended up on hold for 45 min before phone was answered. Woman at the counter was very helpful and made sure we got a truck. Manager went MIA and left the woman alone while the line was backed up. Made little to no effort to help the woman with any issues she was having.
after calling in to reserve a truck and being to by a representative who was in training that the information would be given to the trainer to put into the computer and then showing up and there being no record of this is very upsetting. then the representative was rude but finally got things worked out.
Get employee's trained , so they know what they are required to do. Also, we were wearing masks all the customers but, couldn't the workers weren't. One of the girls left their debit cards in the machine and they couldn't get any of the contract numbers up. ECT, ECT.
UNDER THE TIMING OF COVID NOTHING TRULY COULD BE IMPROVED BY MY EXPERIENCE
I used app pick up. It was a mess! It took me 1 hour to check in. The keys were supposed to be in a lockbox but I had to go inside the office and pick them up. None of the staff members had face covering!
Rude non informative employees. Waited in line for over 10 minutes while another employee sat at desk (we couldn't see her) before guy ask her to help us. They sent us outside to wait for truck waited about 12-15 minutes and the lady walked by us on her phone never acknowledged us. Went inside and they told us truck was out there with keys in it. HOW WERE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF NOBODY TOLD US....HELLO, THE LOTNIS FULL OF TRUCKS. My husband originally made two reservations on accident. He called and gentleman very short on phone said he would get corrected. Never did. We were supposed to get a dollies, dresser mover and blankets never did. Very short....like his response was the only one accepted. Ridiculous.
I thought the workers were very unprofessional, especially at check in. The lady that checked me carried on a conversation with another worker who kept talking about her work hours, schedules and shifts while I stood there looking dumb. I waited forever and I am 7 months pregnant. Will not be returning back unless this location is the absolute last resort.
The equipment was clean but we had a blowout on one of the tires during our travel and had to wait 3 and a half hours for roadside assistance due to a dispatching error on our location. This was no reflection on the customer service at the store or roadside assistance. Roadside was very professional but apparently needs more training on the location service.
Had an excellent experience with u-haul and will definitely use them again when needed.
Car was not clean or Sanitized, one tire was low in pressure and that location doesn't follw the COVID-19 Guideline in cleaning and sanitizing vehicle's before giving to customers
We rented online and chose the check in on app option. Upon arriving. We could not locate our truck. So we had to see an associate. Associate pulled truck around but the truck number didn't match because she said it got mixed up somehow. She said we could go ahead and continue check in process on app. Well when we did that, since it was not the same truck listed on our app, none of the data matched (mileage, has, etc) and when we tried to submit it gave us another error and said for us to see associate (again). So we asked the associate if this was okay and she said yes she would switch it in the system. She took a pic of gas/mileage on her phone and let us know to call her if we had any issues. She said if we returned truck after hours, to just download the app and follow instructions. So we brought the truck back and were just going to do the app check in again but once more, since the wrong truck was given, mileage didn't match and we couldn't complete the check in process because of that. THANKFULLY location was still open and we had to go inside to talk to associate again. We waited a bit before she told us she could just email us a receipt. We told her we couldn't compete check in because of data discrepancies and she said it was fine and just leave keys in truck. We don't know what we would have done had the location not still be open for us to check the truck back in. Overall a very confusing and chaotic experience. Really left a sour taste for us to rely on u-haul for our next moving event.
Reserved and did check in for speedy pickup. Had to stand in line one hour and twenty minutes to get unit. Several staff and customers were not wearing masks.
The return process took entirely too long. I returned the truck and the agents who were to complete the process seemed distracted and not very concerned that I was standing around for SEVERAL minutes just waiting for someone to check the vehicle, return funds for furniture pads that I paid for but were not available to me when I picked up the truck. Customer service standards need to be increased.

Although this was not the original location we were signed up to pick up from, it ended up working out fine. The workers were overwhelmed & frazzled because they were extremely busy at our pick up time. To no fault of this location, our reservation was changed all the feat around. The truck size & pick up were altered- that was a bit frustrating for us.

The check in procedures were terrible! You had to wait in line for an hour and a half which is unacceptable. There was only 1 lady to the check in process and we had 10-12 people waiting in line. Either get more people to process the customers or have a quicker check in system. It seemed like it took about 15 minutes to check in 1 customer. Also, the lady at the counter was fairly new and really didn't have a sense of urgency in processing each customer. When she did make a mistake, she called the manager up to help her take care if that customer. The manager should have been at the counter or made sure there was enough coverage to process all these customers in a timely manner. We arrived at 10:10 and left at 11:45 with our trailer. There were a lot of frustrated customers in line that had to wait the same amount of time.
Once I got to the people who deal with the equipment it was great. However the lady working the desk was rude and seemed very upset that there were people there waiting to pick up what they rented and was not very knowledgeable on what she needed to do. Ot was very busy on Sunday and fully understood that but we were all waiting no reason to be short and crappy when none of the customers were being that way. The owner/manger was great and again everyone moving the trucks and trailers were great and helpful
I had an online reservation confirmation for a truck. I checked in online 10 minutes before pick up. When I arrived, no trucks were available. I was told that they overbooked the trucks. Initially the uhaul rep was rude and not helpful. Actually told me to â€œbe quiet or leaveâ€œ when I questioned on why others were getting trucks who came in after me. There were several available trucks on the lot, but I was told that those were for people who had reserved them a week ago but had not shown up yet. I was offered a 12 foot open trailer at full price. I will never use uhaul again. We have dealt with this location many times over the years, and it is nothing but trouble every time we use them. In the past, We have rented a U-box, trucks, trailers, etc. The employees are always unhappy & rude.
Make sure reserved vehicles are present for the person that reserved them. Also, hire more competent employees.
This location is very poorly run. Staff was generally incompetent and unhelpful. Completed the online check-in and then still waited for an hour in line while the one female employee that was working inside stumbled and struggled her way through customers as though it was her first day on the job. I had my reservation for 3 days, completed my online check-in, and then found out when I finally got to the front of the line that the truck I had reserved allegedly wasn't even there. Then they had to scramble around to try to find me another truck, and then the employee got extremely rude and defensive when I voiced my displeasure with the entire situation. The return process was exceptionally unclear, I pulled up to the return area where there is a sign saying to remain in the vehicle until an employee comes to assist me, then I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes while multiple employees walked right past me. I had to get out and flag one of them down to actually get someone to speak to me. Overall all awful experience. I've been to quite a few different Uhaul locations over the years and this was far and away the worst experience I've ever had.
