The only problem I had was I had a lot of difficulty getting a hold of anyone when I was locked out and couldn’t get in to shut my unit that was wide open and I was told that I needed to wait until they opened because the emergency after hours person was nonexistent

ALLEN W | Overall ExperienceI find it disgusting that I spent HOURS cleaning out and handing them the lock and key to my unit back in August after a funeral. Ever since then they tried charging my card 3-4 times a DAY for various amounts. Then the harassing phone calls started. Even after telling them multiple times over the almost YEAR since I gave up the unit back in august, I have received many threats… so now they have decided to “auction” my unit off for the empty space (because remember, I cleaned it out almost a YEAR ago) and STILL refuse to listen to me over it. So the lovely complaint that I have filed with the BBB and the direct ORDER for you guys to STOP harassing me hasn’t stopped is just going to add to the fire.
