I had to drive 30 miles north of where I thought I was renting from and then the truck was not available when I arrived. The nearest available truck was in Kendallville, which was 35 miles further north! The gentleman at Schaeffers was kind enough to offer to drive to Kendallville to pick the truck up for us, even though it was not his fault. He was so helpful. Needless to say, we started much later than we anticipated. When I dropped it off earlier than required the next day, I was charged for the extra mileage! I wouldn't have had extra mileage if i didn't have to pick it up so far from my home. Overall, a very frustrating experience on an already stressful day.
