We didn’t know the office was closed and we were supposed to do everything ourselves on the app while outside the office. We called the number on the big sign and the person who answered said we had to do the app and he couldn’t help us because he didn’t work for U-Haul. It was not a smooth experience; impersonal, not user’s friendly, all handled outside without any shelter for weather, and very unpleasant. So no, absolutely not recommending this location, and would be careful with any other before making a reservation.
