My experience was horrible. I rented a trailer at 11:00am and returned same day at 3:30, then charged a late fee along with insurance which I clearly declined on my reservation. I called the office and Bobby was to call me right back, still waiting on that call. I have filed a complaint with corporate.

Rayan EGet a new check-in lady that is the grumpy woman I’ve ever been around in my life. She offered no help. I’m 81 years old and she just do this. Do this do that and no smile no nothing I wouldn’t go back there.
Randy TThis is an unmanned, empty lot. The signage is horrible and complicated to navigate. Then, to make it worse, after paying over $4,000 to rent a truck, they hit us with a $25.00 cleaning fee. The truck was returned clean. It may not have been detailed, but, it was not dirty. Any dirt or debris in the truck came from their completely unmaintained site. Absolutely ridiculously greedy. What a joke.
