Was just a grass lot. Drop-off was via the app, no personnel on site.
Samuel ATruck came with gas gauge below 1/4 of a tank. The truck was driven 20 miles and returned. They decided to hit me a 30$ service gas fee and then - 26$ fee for 6 gallons of gas. Supposedly anything under a 1/4 of a tank returned and you get hit with additional fees. The people were not very helpful and acted like it was inconvenience if you had questions. $200 for a 3 hour rental was definitely not worth it. I would drive to further location to have better service and pay the addition mileage fee.
Michael CIt was a very easy rental as long as there’s someone there on the return works out perfect
Vincent MCruise control did not work Ramp did not function. When we pulled it out the first time 2 pieces fell off of it so we couldn't use it. A lwarning light kept coming on the dash. Something about traction? We were in a time crunch and didn't have time to call roadside and it was drivable so we proceeded with caution. When we turned the truck in at Murfreesboro - Memorial Drive location we advised them of the problems.
