Pick up and drop off for very confusing. The truck was located in the back of the building although the sign said it was down the road. It took me quite a while to figure it out. Drop off was just as confusing because I dropped it off at the same place, but then it shows that it should been dropped off down the road, but it was full of cement trucks and I could not find the dropbox for the key. It did not look like the picture so it was kind of confusing.
