The gentleman at the location was polite and friendly. He was able to get me processed and key in hand quickly. I appreciated the ease involved in renting the cargo van there.

LIZA CEnsure van is maintained - tire pressure was very low and dash lights were on. I waited over 30 minutes after processing the pick up because they couldn’t find the key. They double charged me after drop off and then told me they couldn’t help me and needed to call Uhaul directly.
