These guys are SO nice, close to my house and I rent trailers and trucks a LOT. I'm a single older woman and they help me get going. They know I can't disconnect it so they take good care of me. Bruce is outside cleaning the equipment and hooking up trailers and getting people in trucks in 95+ degree weather. He's in a great mood no matter what! I'm a big Uhaul customer and in this city with so many places to choose from, this is my choice! Thx guys, see you soon! Lynn
lynn R.Ordered on the phone. Was told we can return van on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. that is when they closed. found out when we pick the van up that they closed at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday. They need to get their times straight.
