Amanda Shaw was not pleasant at all. She did not give us eye contact until it was time to take our payment. She did not walk us out to the trailer But instead gave verbal directions which weren’t easy she did not assist with hook up at all if I would have done it incorrectly and broken a piece of equipment I wonder who would have been held reliable. I have rented from Uhal many times and this was surely the worse. When it was time to drop it off they were closed AMANDA SHAW would have told us the business hour since she was aware that we would be returning it the next day. Very band customer service from her. Where we were directed to park it for after hours drop off per voicemail “ on terrant st in yellow lines” there were no yellow lines visible. We took it back and left it outside of gate but again if something would have happened we would have been held reliable. I won’t stop using uhal but will never use this location or recommend it. Especially if anyone has to deal with amanda.

Nothing really. The guys were efficient and helpful to each person. They were willing to talk each though the things that were needed to do like take a pic of our license through the U-Haul app, They were patient and even kind with each person. This where I will come to rent what I need. Great Experience!!!

Wait times at the service counter are extremely long. The representative should have another person the to assist him with the work that needed to be done. It was so bad, that we were running out of room to stand in the lobby. He had his daughter there to watch cameras and open gates for customers wanting to leave out.

Staff was very polite and rental was very easy. Truck was ready and clean with extra equipment ready. Turn in was honest and simple also. Only thing to improve on would be that there was not much available parking for after hours drop off for my vehicle as well as Haul.
