The morning manager, I believe Chris, was hard to even flag down and mumbled/looked at his phone for half of it. Then I come in to return some boxes and the woman, wearing a light green polo, was incredibly rude to me about returning furniture pads. Overall, not a great look for U Haul as a company!CAITLIN A.
Did not receive parking plastic wrap. I paid for. Was told that it was in the back of the truck. When I returned the truck cashier was made aware of missing items and did not offer a refund or the item I paid for and did not receiveGenaice S.
Drop off was easy! Just make sure that if it is after hours, that you have a copy of your contract. We didn't know and we were just going to drop off the key in the dropbox. Thankfully they were still open and we were able to speak to them in person. Very polite and helpful! Thank you UHaul!JAMIE R.

I was charged 20$ to self return the truck. The directions were not real clear I left the truck there not 100% I did it right.CLAY T.
The 26 ft(JH3736A) truck had an oil leak. The oil indicator light came on and wouldn't go off even after I put oil in it. The truck started smoking on the way back from doing a move. The drivers side window vibrates when you are driving.TYRON S.
Woman that helped me with my first of two rentals today was great. Very well spoken and helpful howeve the gentleman I encountered at 3:30 was far from pleasant. He would not stop texting and using his phone. He was slow to answer questions. I had to repeat myself several times that I was dropping an enclosed trailer off and picking up a vehicle transport. After 20 mins of watching him play on his phone we finally got the paperwork completed. When we went outside I mentioned that I changed my mind the car dolly would actually work and he stated â€œWell that's going to take a while because I would have to redo everything and it's gonna be a long whileâ€ I had enough and left. His unprofessionalism was some of the worse I have ever encountered. He had no customer service skills at all. Makes the entire place look badDanielle H.
There was a few crumbs in the cab and they charged me $25. I left more gas in the vehicle than when I got it, but I was charged an extra $25. This is silly.Austin R.
I would make sure that you are not agreeing to the insurance they offer. I said I didn't need it however I apparently hit the yes button. Hard to understand the person wearing the mask. I did mention it and was not offered a refund. The response was you hit the yes for insurance. Only $14.00 but still..... we didn't have the truck for the full period and left them with more gas than we should have. Lesson learned would definitely use them again.MARYANN S.

Something was wrong with the 24/7 pick up which put me behind over an hour. The second truck was dead. The third truck the cab leaked and there were two leaks in the box ruining some family photos!!!!Matthew T.

Tom was a great help! One thing that would be helpful on the check-in experience would be to have a trash can in the check-in area. That would be helpful in removal of any cabin trash that the customer may want to dispose of.JOSHUA W.

Give costumers they money back if they put over in gas y'all want y'all money if the gas is not in there y'all charge 30 plus so why not offer customers they money back if they put over in on gas this sucks cause u have to pay to rent pay for miles and gas do better by your customersTIERA C.

The truck that I picked up absolutely reeked of cheap, flavored cigar tobacco and the ashtray was very well used. I tried leaving the doors open the entire time that we were loading but I still had to drive with the windows half down, even still the AC smelled of it. i thought I remembered U-Hauls as being non-smoking with a sign indicating a cleaning fee if you smoked in one! It was a long 100 miles because of it.Richard D.
