I would only recommend if all they need is just the vehicle… they have no utility dolly’s or furniture dolly’s no furniture covers nothing at all so if you choose this location be prepared to have to go a purchase those things or rent them somewhere else

Kenneth FMake sure cigarette ashes are cleaned out of the vehicle in the cab area up around the window and the area where the healthy gas usage meter sits. There is an issue on the app where you cannot upload the pick up photos.
Stephanie LWhen I got there to pick up the vehicle, they did not have the moving pads nor the furniture dolly I requested and reserved. When I asked the cashier at the store if they were going to get it for me, he said that I would have to go to another location. I then asked why, since I had reserved the equipment? He said U-Haul constantly screws them and it is not his problem to deal with. The 10 foot truck late and my furniture got wet. Not sure I will ever rent from U-Haul again.
