Very disappointed in this rental , trailer towed terrible, ramp was damaged, lights pigtail not installed properly, kept coming disconnected. Very difficult to latch ramp. Not pleased with this rental !!! Manager who checked in the equipment obviously doesn't care , by his replyMICHAEL JOSEPH K.

Systems slow or not working. The person who helped me needed constant help from others and the computer systems were not running properly. Ditto the payment terminal. Two hours later, I arrived at 30 seconds after 7pm, group of workers outside working on a return in front of me. The person who helped me was borderline rude, wouldn't answer me when I asked questions but when he forgot to include the furniture dolly I asked for he comped me without saying anything so all in all it's a wash, I would have rather paid the rent on the dolly though snd had someone help me that wanted my business, I've been renting there so much I feel like I ought to be a preferred customerJOSEPH F.

U-Haul could stop finding new ways to charge more money. For example, charging extra to extend a rental when the truck just sit on the lot otherwise or charging per mile. I have rented U-Haul trucks almost a hundred times over the last four decades. This will be the last time. You don't care about customers and appear willing to charge more during the pandemic.
