The staff was very informative, quick, and understanding. This team does an excellent job at working together and respond more as a human instead of robots. This location is very secure, they are firm on their words. This was my first storage unit Ive had for 5 years, and no problems ever. Opened it only 1 time which was after 5 years! And not much dust on anything! The storage is very trustworthy for your stuff.

All employee's except 1 were very helpful worked with our needs to help get us moved in immediately. I would recommend renting a storage at u haul the prices are lower then the ones around the area by u haul.

I didn't get the name of the representative who did our move-out, but he was ALSO fantastic. I had one of the larger storage spaces with the garage-style door, at the very far end of the building, and the rep very kindly unlocked the door of the storage building for me, so that I could walk through the AC-controlled building and not across the hot parking lot. Such a small detail, but a perfect example of the level of customer service i received. will def recommend this space to any friends or family looking for storage. thanks again to Carl and his staff!
