Terrible customer service. I made an online reservation and when we got there to pick up trailer, they wanted to charge us triple. They were trying to take advantage of a senior.

I dropped off the truck. No communication.
Jorge MTires on this trailer are worn and appear that they all need replacing . I had a blow out during use. The trailer was also dirty when I picked it up.

Juan HThe shop was great. Unfortunately, my profile was flagged for some reason and the uhaul representative that spoke with myself and the shop representative was rude and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor regarding her unprofessional behavior. After attempting to prove my identity as I was informed that my information was compromised and being used by multiple people the agent then lied and claimed that was never stated. Had the shop representative not been as equally frustrated with the agents behavior and apologetic for the circumstance I would have taken my business elsewhere. This agents behavior is affecting this local business and shedding poor light on uhaul.
