The worker had me hook up to the trailer before inspecting it. After I pulled it out of the area (10ft) I started checking it out. The latch was broken. No where to put a lock on. I told him and we put it back and unhooked it. He gave me a better one and then I left.

Nothing , I got great customer service keep up the great work. The gentleman that helped me rent the U-Haul was very helpful . And went out of his way to make sure the trailer was hooked and the lights were working.
RENE MTerrible customer service. I made an online reservation and when we got there to pick up trailer, they wanted to charge us triple. They were trying to take advantage of a senior.
