Took forever, lady at checkout finally called for some help. The gentleman who checked us out told us to return truck where we droped off weekend before in Mount union pa. Then we were told we owned all this extra money. Problem did get resolved, but I'm not sure if that store understands your full procedure for fillings our your forms. Thank you!Jane I.
Right rear mirror did not work, backing up and merging to the right lane was dangerous. UHaul personnel stated that "they don't drive the trucks so how could they know" Overcharged for gas. Provided the gas reading from a different truck to justify the additional fuel charge.BRYON E.
Truck was fine, but I rented moving blankets and they were filthy and several were damp to outright wet. Unacceptable!! Long checkout process. UHaul is a side business for this very unusual store. I would discourage everyone to pick up a UHaul from this location.JACOB M.

Parking lot was full of litter and debris. Also, the U-Haul truck cab was dirty. I don't think that anyone looks at them here and / or cleans them. they just assume that people are leaving them clean.James H.

The van had snow and ice on the hood and windshield. The running board were icy. The tire "low pressure" light was on at the time of rental. All safety issues. Would never rent from this place again.DONALD S.

Cars don't have gas. They should be at 1/2 tank when you get them normally. These ones aren't and they make you pay for gas and then if you don't return it at a 1/2 you get charged $30 plus the price of the gas to fill it to 1/2 a tank which is at least 20 gallons to be clearCrystal H.
This location was fine - but my overall experience was not the greatest. We ended up going from the first location we scheduled the rental to a second location only be sent to this location where we finally picked up a truck.Steven S.

Paid for a utility and furniture dolly at 2 x $7.00. Never received the furniture dolly but it was still included in my final bill even though I reported it to customer service immediately upon pickup. The lack of dolly cost me 30 minutes in moving time.Chad W.

I was given excellent service. I had a problem with one of the trucks and customer service rep immediately exchanged the truck and gave me a significant discount for having to return the first truck.YAHAIRA V.
We were there to pick up at 10AM when the store opened...but they opened tem minutes late and then had computer issues so it took us about a 1/2 hr to get our rental...even though I had done most of the check in on line the day before. Other than that everything was fine, good prices and the employees were polite.Steven M.
The employees were very helpful and overall I am very happy with the service I received. The only improvement I can recommend is to replace the printer because it malfunctioned and I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes.CENK S.
