They said we used 100 miles which we did not. They never told me to check the miles when I got into the truck to make sure that what was on the paper was right. They were very rude about it and said there was nothing they could do. They said it was our fault. I will NEVER come to this location again. All they want is money. Poor customer service.

Sauel A.Was priced $40 at time of pickup. Nobody came out to help us to show us the correct trailer. Apparently the trailer i picked up was a different one... "it was the only one in the location i was told to pick up" i returned the trailer after use. And was told everything was good to go and my paperwork "original" was my receipt. I left and about an hour later i received an email receipt for $130. I called to inquire and nobody answered. I then went on the website to inquire and was told a ticket was opened and someone would contact me. I haven't heard anything. This is the absolute worst uhaul experience I've ever had. In my 15tears of using uhaul! 0 % recommend not even as a last resort.
