When I arrived at 8:14 I got to the truck put the code in and an older gentleman came out of the store very rude..stating " oh you can't park right there.." I said but I'm about to get this truck. He states " naw you can't get this truck they don't open until ten".. I said ok but I ordered it online..him "well that's what I'm talking mufuckas don't tell me nothing..and think they know every got damn thang.." I said I know right..very rude and unprofessional.. on top of the the truck was very loud and hesitant to start.. Finish my move too truck back they tried to tell me I didn't leave enough gas when I know I left it at 30 miles and only received it with 26.. worst U-Haul experience ever.. I'll just find another company in itself for my next move.. U-Haul 1/10.. do not recommend.

vialoobos oTold me everything was fine and tried to charge me another $100 until I called but still kelp my $100 and I brought the truck back on time , it was clean, I got it with no gas but the nerve of some people.

The truck drove well it had over a half a tank of gas it was clean it did not smell. I am satisfied with today's service at kensfood in Harvey Illinois.
