Rhonda ATerrible customer service. My reservation was for 10am was told the guy that handles uhaul rentals here didn’t come into 11am. Got there they checked my ID said they would be back they were going to check the back. Came back and handed me the key said truck is parked out back. Didn’t go back with us to the truck or show us which one it was. We had to locate it. Didn’t go over any paperwork. Charged my card I reserved with when earlier that week I asked the rep who called to confirm my pick up location if I could update the card I used to reserve with because I wanted to pay with a different card. She told me I could pay with the card I wanted when I picked up the truck. Well that didn’t happen. Overall just the worst experience I have ever had with a uhaul rental and I’ve rented from uhaul plenty of times. I didn’t sign the contract they just did something on their end an constract was emailed to me with a squiggly line by the signature field. Called uhaul customer service to complain because I also had to have them update my drop off location because that was not confirmed when I picked up the truck and somehow was changed to a different location. Just overall terrible experience.
Shelly BWhen I arrived at 8:14 I got to the truck put the code in and an older gentleman came out of the store very rude..stating “ oh you can’t park right there..” I said but I’m about to get this truck. He states “ naw you can’t get this truck they don’t open until ten”.. I said ok but I ordered it online..him “well that’s what I’m talking mufuckas don’t tell me nothing..and think they know every got damn thang..” I said I know right..very rude and unprofessional.. on top of the the truck was very loud and hesitant to start.. Finish my move too truck back they tried to tell me I didn’t leave enough gas when I know I left it at 30 miles and only received it with 26.. worst U-Haul experience ever.. I’ll just find another company in itself for my next move.. U-Haul 1/10.. do not recommend.
