Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe website said the location opened at 8, but it did not open until 9. I requested that the reservation be done in person, but that isn't available, and the person working was rude about the situation (after arriving late and opening the store late). When I went to return it, myself and another customer were having issues with the app.
Nicole JThe van reaked of weed smell and covered inside and out with knats. I was charged for insurance I did not ask for and the online reservation did not work so I had to go to the counter. I was also charged for gas even though the fuel gauge was at the same place it was when I picked it up.
Travis TThe online process is so complicated. Even if you do everything online and verify your identity, the system request you do the same thing upon arriving at the location and ask for a second person for a POC.
Michael FIt was ok and it met my needs.
