They felt the need to charge me for 3 gallons of Gas when I only had a 6 mile round trip from pick up to drop off. If that truck only gets 2mpg it needs to be taken off of the road. And the truck smelled horribly..
JASON PI have rented from here twice. The first time, they did not have the dollies in stock, even though I rented and paid for them as part of the agreement. The second time, for whatever reason, Uhaul didn't have a record of where I was dropping it off, and the location had to ask me for everything again. Not very confidence inspiring. My drop off location was also unavailable, according to them. Turns out the next day, the drop off location was available and fine.
Pat BNot that great. I got charged $13 for gas even though the needle never even moved. I returned it two hours early and it was marked dropped off HOURS later. And the gentlemen I dropped it off too barely spoke English and very low.
Adam RRoof leak on the truck we were given. Not sure if it was reported before. Not sure how it could not have been. Ended up with water damaged boxes that have all been compromised for use. Clothes got wet, electronics, wood, just about everything on left side of truck got wet.
