Good truck and service overall, but I'd recommend not allowing a customer to rent dollies when there is none. This caused me some delay as I had to drive to a hardware store to buy them (much more expensive than renting).

The final charge was really expensive, the fees were not explained fully when doing the paperwork. Also the cab of the truck was really gross, stinky and dirty. I was afraid to put my purse on the floor.

Vincent VFor location to actually know what they are doing I understand they are a gas station but if they can’t run a uhaul then don’t offer it when I came to pickup they didn’t even have the correct size and on the website it states if they don’t provide correct sizing I was guaranteed $50 but they didnt want to help me with anything I ended having to waste a hour of time on my moving day to figure out how to change my reservation to a 15” instead of a 20” so I wouldn’t be charge incorrectly due to there issues and received no discount!
