Would have been good if the trailer reservation specified the need for a 2” ball.

robert eMy rental was changed to a truck and trailer 40 miles from where I had originally rented. No consideration for additional miles/fuel. Also changed to a truck and trailer- again no consideration given for fuel.
Steven TThis drop off location was friendly, helpful and on the ball. Great experience there. Unlike Portland, ME, I can give credit where credit is due.
Joseph HThe drop off location was a good environment. He was nice enough to inform me that I was not getting a refund from U-Haul for bringing my truck back early. Why he puts up with uhaul I don’t know.
