KEITH G.They don't have enough lock boxes to distribute weekend rentals, thus they leave the keys in the ignition. Which I don't have a problem with; however they know the police comb their lot and put all visible keys in their dropbox; thus resulting in you renting a truck you now cannot use. If this is the practice they should be more available by phone or any means of communication. We lost hours of time, and lost picking up items we specifically rented the truck for. Overall very big waste of time and money for us.
lisa K.They weren't open when dropped off. But it was easy , fast and had a spot to park. They also got our receipt back to us through email promptly. Cannot say anything else.
