The person at the counter was very helpful and made it very easy to get in and get out
WILLIAM MI made a reservation for an 15’ truck and an appliance dolly online. One day before the pickup date, I visited the pickup location to make sure all is set. Well, I was informed by the attendant that an appliance dolly is not “in stock”. The only solution was to rent an appliance dolly locally at another location which resulted in a $30 + tax charge instead of $10+ tax charge and the inconvenience to travel to and from the other location to get and drop off the appliance dolly. Furthermore, I was informed that I would receive a credit of $22.75 if I return the truck with a 1/4 tank full of gas. When I returned the truck, I found out that I still had to pay that amount because it was required to return the truck with 1/4 tank full to avoid the extra charge. This was poor communication on the side of the representative (best case) or a deceptive sales strategy (worst case).
