My problem isn't with this location, but with the overall experience with Uhaul in general. I originally went to another location for a 26' Truck, but to my surprise, they had no trucks available after I reserved one. I was told that in order for my issue to be fixed, I'd have to call in for customer service and this is at the height of me having to help my family move into their new place. It took me 3 hours just to get another truck that happened to be at The City of Deliverance location. I didn't appreciate that I had to buy a dolly vs renting one, and this experience has been a revealing one.
Cleodis LI was talking through a ring door bell and ring camera to the employees, absolutely no one on site, Very unprofessional, unsafe area, and the U-Haul vehicle needed a serious alignment, almost wreck because of it
