I inadvertently left my cell phone holder in the truck when I dropped it off. Craig & Brian were very accommodating, and allowed me to go back to the truck the next day to retrieve it. They were super nice and I would definitely use them for future rentals.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe back of the truck had oil spilled throughout it. The moving blankets were laying around and wet.
Geoffrey SThe lock box to pick up key.experience was very time consuming. We scheduled a 9 a.m. pickup time. The facility didn't open until 10 a.m. It took forever to go through the process of using the lock box.
Jennifer NOwner was not present at pick-up time. Had to call him (number left on a handwritten note on door) when I arrived and waited several minutes for him to finish running his errands before coming to set up the contract.
Michael SOwner was very helpful and went out of his way to make my experience pleasant. I will definitely recommend Autobahn Auto to my friends.
