The lock box to pick up key.experience was very time consuming. We scheduled a 9 a.m. pickup time.The facility didn't open until 10 a.m. It took forever to go through the process of using the lock box.

Owner was not present at pick-up time. Had to call him (number left on a handwritten note on door) when I arrived and waited several minutes for him to finish running his errands before coming to set up the contract.
Michael SOwner was very helpful and went out of his way to make my experience pleasant. I will definitely recommend Autobahn Auto to my friends.
mark rHave the extra items ready in the unit and not have you add an extra 8 miles to head to the main location to pick them up. It was a major inconvenience and cost me.
Scott BI dropped off the truck the day before at the self check out and they ended up charging me an extra day saying I didn’t drop it off until after the required time. I had to call and inquire about the charge. It was confirmed that I returned the truck early and received a credit for the charge.
