The truck in the back was filthy; the front cab wasn't much better. The blankets and dolly were not even in the truck, as they were supposed to be. They provided me with a dolly and only 6 blankets, not the 12 I requested and paid for.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI inadvertently left my cell phone holder in the truck when I dropped it off. Craig & Brian were very accommodating, and allowed me to go back to the truck the next day to retrieve it. They were super nice and I would definitely use them for future rentals.
Scott WThe back of the truck had oil spilled throughout it. The moving blankets were laying around and wet.
Geoffrey SThe lock box to pick up key.experience was very time consuming. We scheduled a 9 a.m. pickup time. The facility didn't open until 10 a.m. It took forever to go through the process of using the lock box.
Jennifer NOwner was not present at pick-up time. Had to call him (number left on a handwritten note on door) when I arrived and waited several minutes for him to finish running his errands before coming to set up the contract.
