Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAllow me to rent a van - even if I do not live in Kalamazoo! Was very frustrated the owner would only rent out his nice van to residents within the city of Kalamazoo. I have been a life long client of U-Haul and guess I have rented from them at least 20 times
gregg vReally no problems with the location. It was the app that was difficult it wouldn't let me finish pick up or drop off without assistance from in the store or with customer service.
Alan TMy wife and I used both of our iPhone 15 Pro phones to make use of the scan and return app to no avail. I cannot imagine us to be the only two to experienced this. I would suggest offering a second alternative for your customers that return when you’re not open. It was very frustrating.
Michael MThe back of the truck was dirty with some trash in it and when it rained the truck leaked and got my mattress wet!
