I will only recommend this location due to the fact that it was convenient. Overall, this location is not the best due to the fact that there is no parking for the U-Haul trucks. I had to maneuver around, parked cars just to get the truck out of this tight spot that was blocked in upon returning the U-Haul truck it was still tight really could not find parking

There was no service rep nor explicit mobile/physical instructions on how to pick up the uhaul truck. Only after >20 minutes on hold with an agent on the phone and then contacting an agent via live chat was I able to access the vehicle. Equipment was decent as usual but the location was much below average.
Amanda LMy U-Haul return was very hectic and scary as the return location employee was threatening us not letting us to drop the keys to the drop box and parking the truck in the location. This is after I completed all the app requirements on returning. Employee was telling he can’t accept the truck because truck is not from that location (this was picked up from NYC and dropped here as per the contract). Then we had to call customer service Zaria. She helped to call the owner of the location and sort out the issue. Even after that the employee was telling us to give him the key without dropping to drop box. We didn’t listen to him and dropped the key anyways. Then he came in and used his key to get the truck key out from drop box. The was the worst experience as the employee was threatening us (me and my wife). Would never recommend U-Haul if this is the service provided.
