The van was very dirty inside the back, floor and seats. There was dirty napkins in the door and soda spilt in the cup holders

Everything about the truck and the place was good. But I’m very disappointed with the other service, I scheduled 2 people to help me with “move help” and nobody shows up. I had to do myself. Review ZERO for this.
Piertson SWe didn’t get the dolly we asked for but payment for that got deducted.
Anusha SI was not able to upload all the photos that was taken when picked up. I did not use all the fuel that was charged to me, check the mileage , less then 10 miles. I did not recieve the equipment that I paid for with no refund for fuel or the equipment. Asked the attendent at the gas station and he stated he knows nothing about u haul. very poor customer service. Big fail for me , never again. I wrote to customer service and there is none.
Glenn WWe rented from a location that basically rented space from a gas station. The last time I rented a truck online, the equipment I rented was not in the truck and I was told since I rented online, I had to do all online. So this time when I booked, it asked if I wanted counter help or to complete all online. I chose counter help. When I got there to the counter, I was told they couldn’t help me because they weren’t associated. So I had no choice but to proceed on the app. When I opened the truck, the two hand trucks I rented were not on the truck. Again, the gas station location said they could not help me. I called the 800 number to advise. The person I first spoke to was very nice and she logged the issue but she couldn’t help me further. She had to transfer me to scheduling and said they’d help me locate another location that had them. When I was transferred, they said they could not do that so I had to call around myself to find them at another location and had to pick them up myself. That process took me about an hour and a half to locate another location and pickup the one hand truck that was able in all locations fairly around me. This was so unfair and wrong. I’m very disappointed and will never rent from this location again.
