Lot too small for amount of trucks. Our truck was wedged in between two other trucks. The trailer we rented was attached to another truck. It was positioned in a way that was very difficult to get the trailer off and moved and connected to the truck we rented. There was no one at the shop to help us. Only a young woman running the counter who had no idea how to get our rental set up.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing to improve. Jennifer was more than accommodating. She went above and beyond to help our family get moved as easily and stress-free as possible. I can't thank her enough.
Jeffrey RThis location overcharged me for mileage plus an additional day with insurance as well and I dropped it off 23 minutes from the time I picked it up the day before.. had only 24 miles on the 30 miles a day I was allowed.. hard to tell how many other people this guy scams/steals or lies on.. thank god I had pictures with time stamp and date to prove I was taken advantage of! Recommend this location be investigated
