The location was hard to locate and entrance barely accessible for bigger trucks. Personnel was great and helpful and will use them in future

Kerry K.When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and equipment, no one was there at the allotted time. Was supposed to be open and ready at 9:00 AM but no one was available until 9:10. Then the truck I had reserved was not equipped with all the dollys, carts and blankets. I would assume the location would know what was expected and have everything ready. I had to visit a second location to get all of the supplies I required for my move.
