Young lady receiving the truck didn't seem to be concerned with anything. When I returned the truck she just said OK. I then asked her to come look at the truck and told her there was a appliance dolly in the back, she seemed annoyed. I ask for a receipt via email but never received one. I called the pickup location and they emailed my receipt. Thank you

U-Haul's mainframe computer was balky, delaying our departure by nearly an hour. But the dealership worked around it by using their phones.

My location was moved from Florence, Alabama to Killen, Alabama, forcing me to change my scheduled time for the movers to be at the loading location two hours later. It was moved from Florence to Killen because the Florence location did not have a truck ready for me. I went the day before to check on the reservation and this alone saved me from embarrassment and a potential moving disaster. I had made the moving reservation in plenty of time to get the equipment to the scheduled location. The folks at Killen were very wonderful and understanding. Still highly recommend them.

I know this is picking but where we picked up trailer there was a large mud hole. It stuck to our tires with gravel. When we left it ended up hitting out truck. Our truck is only a 2018 and we take very good care of it. Was not pleased when rocks hit our truck. Also I sent pictures of the wheels on the trailer. They are badly rusted.
