Laurie Curbow made the rental process smooth and easy. She handled the transaction in a professional and courteous manner. I would definitely use this location again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had ordered a 2 wheel dolly 2 furniture dolly’s and they weren’t available. Also there were previously used blankets left in the truck.
Marty SMake sure the AC works. The AC went out 2 hrs into our 14 hr trip with 93 degree weather. It made the trip a nightmare for my husband who was driving the truck.
Joseph TThe office building was closed so there was no actual personnel there. There is no orange dropbox and no clear location for a dropbox. There is a mail slot in the side of the building, but it is not marked as a key drop off. But we called the lady that we dealt with at pick up and she was extremely helpful.
Kelli PU haul change my size truck, which was OK, but then they changed my pickup location which I was not aware of. I showed up at my original location and could not pick up my truck. When I arrived at the new location, the self check in app was very difficult to use and they only had one furniture dolly available.
