The office building was closed so there was no actual personnel there. There is no orange dropbox and no clear location for a dropbox. There is a mail slot in the side of the building, but it is not marked as a key drop off. But we called the lady that we dealt with at pick up and she was extremely helpful.

U haul change my size truck, which was OK, but then they changed my pickup location which I was not aware of. I showed up at my original location and could not pick up my truck. When I arrived at the new location, the self check in app was very difficult to use and they only had one furniture dolly available.
