Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI walked in to reserve a truck. The young woman behind the counter was processing my reservation. She turns to me and says, 'I need your card', and repeats herself twice. She doesn't say what kind of card. Turns out she wants my CREDIT card, but doesn't take it. Instead, she has me read out my credit card number aloud...in a public place, including the Exp date! Not very secure!! The truck had a clump of dirt in the cargo area. I returned the truck later that night, after-hours, and the trucks are parked on the north side of the building and the key drop box is on the south side with no indication where it is. There's also a 45 gallon drum and a 4'x4' sheet of plywood propped up in front of the drop box. Luckily, I'm a tall guy with a good reach, otherwise I would not have been able to drop the key in. The side of the building where the drop box was looked like a bit of a dump.
