Dave SThe customer service and location were great. The vehicle on the other hand, drove as if it was on its last leg. I’m a 46 year old woman who works in construction and I’m not passing any judgment on anyone but if I was a timid driver or someone who hasn’t had years of driving heavy equipment u set my belt, I would have been very uncomfortable, borderline scared to be driving this truck. Like I said, I know uhauls come and go all over the states so I am not saying it’s neglect on any location but I do think this truck should be serviced. Otherwise it did what I needed it to and I had no problems with opening the hatch or getting gas or driving it myself. I just wanted to make aware the truck maybe needs some TLC.
