After using the truck if we could just put the keys in the box.Not go on line.So difficult to do the online after.Thank God I had my soninlaw to figure it out.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck I was given was old w/ very worn interior but it was clean enough. However, it had 128,000+ miles on it and the transmission was in dire need of a tune up or even an overhaul. Several times during the day it didn’t wouldn’t to shift up into the next higher gear.

Paul PI had problems with the app at drop off. It would not let me do the check in. It took a long time to finally get an agent on the phone and then she couldnt help me. I had to call back several times until I found an agent that could complete the process over the phone.
