She was such a peach and genuinely made our experience with U-Haul so much better after everything we had been through during our move, dropping off both the U-Haul and the trailer could have easily been another stressful part of the process, but Jacklyn completely changed that. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and had a way of putting smiles on both my fiancé's and my faces. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping people and making their experience a little easier. We truly appreciated her kindness more than she probably realizes. U-Haul is lucky to have someone like Jacklyn. She was absolutely wonderful and honestly left us with a much better impression of U-Haul than we had going into the drop-off. Thank you, Jacklyn, for being such a bright spot at the end of a very long and stressful move!
Courtney LDrop off was on my own. Made easy with the app actually. No complaints. Only said no to personnel because I didn’t have to talk to anyone upon drop off.

Candra MThe truck I was given was old w/ very worn interior but it was clean enough. However, it had 128,000+ miles on it and the transmission was in dire need of a tune up or even an overhaul. Several times during the day it didn’t wouldn’t to shift up into the next higher gear.
