All of the trucks were down in a muddy hole. One customer returned their truck and blocked the entrance, making it difficult for me to squeeze to the back to drop my truck off. I spent almost $200 and the check engine light was on the entire time.
Joseph BHad an issue at the rental counter but the only person who could help was 20 minutes away. Truck was buried in mud and owner had to back into it with another truck to get it unstuck. Then found interior of cab and box covered in dirt and had to clean out the box before loading because we were slipping on it. Would drive out of my way and incur additional mileage charges to rent from somewhere else next time.

Monica PI did not like that. You initially changed my reservation to a different location that was much further away from my home. However, you rectified the situation quickly when I asked for it to be put back to the original location.
