For pickup, the combo code to get the key out is corroded and it was really hard to read the letters and to turn the dials. It took quite a while for me to get the simple code entered in and get the key out. As far as the equipment goes, the truck was great! But I had prepaid for the moving blankets but was unable to use them as the sealed bag had some sort of water intrusion that appears to have been going on for a while. Through the condensation you could tell the blankets were wet and they smelled even coming from a sealed bag. I was still charged for the bags(since I prepaid) but would appreciate UHaul reimbursing me for those since they were unusable.

There was pop spilled all over the cab of the truck. The cargo area of the truck smelled like rotting fish. there was no other 15 foot trucks available so I was gonna take it or leave it situation
