Cottie MThe gentleman that helped me initially was not pleasant to talk with and hardly said a word to me. I put gas in the truck before I returned it. I only used around a quarter of a tank. I may not have put it completely where it was before I used it but I know it was close because I checked it. Also the air conditioner was not blowing out of the vents but I was told that it keeps getting rented so they don’t have time to fix it. The back was dirty when I got it but I did sweep it out when we finished using it. Normally I don’t write reviews, good or bad but I am concerned about the cost of what I paid after all was said and done. It was way more than I expected. When I saw what came out of my account and then saw the receipt I was shocked to say the least and had hoped those charges were refundable charges and I would see it returned into my account. I know what I see on the receipt I just didn’t realize how much I would be paying. And maybe that’s on me.
