The guy was very respectful and made sure the truck cab and windshield washed and clean, even wiped the rear mirrors. On returning the truck, they easily took the key and hours later the bull was emailed. Great service

CARMEN SI walked into the building and the U-haul worker was up front. He made eye contact with me, then proceeded to go into his office for 20 minutes. I had to go outside and find an employee of the mechanic shop to go into the back and ask him for help. After that, it took almost another 30+ minutes to approve me to get my keys due to a lack of understanding the system.
