Felipe helped me with my pickup and drop-off. He was efficient, communicated clearly, and was courteous, kind, respectful, and very professional. The other employee onsite (younger, long hair) was either in a bad mood or was just plain rude to customers and also to Felipe, kind of awkward to observe. Despite that last factor, I would still recommend this location to anyone who needs a truck or van. I even called after dropping off our truck to ask if we'd left an item inside the cab; Felipe went outside to check and called me back right away. Thank you, Felipe!

Sam SThe vehicle performed well on the trip from LA to SF. This location was very helpful.
Jeremy SThe parking lot is really tight especially for someone that doesn’t drive large trucks regularly.
