sophia m | Overall ExperienceThis was the best facility in LA, but when they couldn’t serve me because my needs changed, they helped me find a solution that worked with a competitor. If they care this much about a non-customer, I’m fairly certain they will give even more effort for people paying for their service.

This facility was unsafe and the exterior was dirty and full of graffiti (maybe Murals might help). It appeared that there were possible squatters living on the property. I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings at this site.

Evangelos C | Overall ExperienceOn Sunday, August 7th, I came to your facility to pick up the contents of my unit. 50% of my unit was destroyed by pests and I was only able to salvage a few items. The mattress was compromised and the rats ate through the mattress cover. I had to dispose of most of my belongings and valuables. The bed set and mattress was the main purpose of the unit and it was ruined. I’d like a refund or compensation for the unit because my items were damaged as they were under your care since April. I paid for the unit to keep it safe and I was assured that there were precautions you take to fight against pests but I see that was not the case. Please let me know when I can receive a refund.
