Staff is excellent and always helpful. Facility is old and dim, and stored items become covered in falling plaster and debris from the ceilings. Access into the storage area is very tight, so DO NOT try to bring a truck much larger than a 10' size in there. Vans are better. Price is excellent, so I suppose you get what you pay for. Overall, this was a suitable solution for me, and I was impressed by Felipe and his staff there.

This facility was unsafe and the exterior was dirty and full of graffiti (maybe Murals might help). It appeared that there were possible squatters living on the property. I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings at this site.

Evangelos C | Overall ExperienceOn Sunday, August 7th, I came to your facility to pick up the contents of my unit. 50% of my unit was destroyed by pests and I was only able to salvage a few items. The mattress was compromised and the rats ate through the mattress cover. I had to dispose of most of my belongings and valuables. The bed set and mattress was the main purpose of the unit and it was ruined. I’d like a refund or compensation for the unit because my items were damaged as they were under your care since April. I paid for the unit to keep it safe and I was assured that there were precautions you take to fight against pests but I see that was not the case. Please let me know when I can receive a refund.
